FW Evans lite touring bike or similar up to 20 years old frame must be undamaged, just writen mine off, I never liked cycle paths

There is a Carlton Corsair available in Ascot. 531 frame, 21/23 inch (? -rider was 5'11"), 10sp. 25 pounds or offer.
